Hi guys,

 

I am having a real hard time trying to edit an audio clip in audition from premier using "Edit Clip in Audition" feature and having it import to audition at the same sample rate. The audio in the project is at 196,000hz sample rate though the sequence is at 96,000. After importing a specific clip into audition from premier, it renders out at 8000hz and both the audition clip and premier audio clip are now both at 8000hz sample rate. Sounds horrible.

 

On top of that when I try to export the video clip with the rendered 8000hz audio, the audio never gets exported with the video. THEN, if I try to preview the sequence I just exported from, the audio that was rendered will no longer play. This happens ONLY after exporting.

 

Please watch the video I linked to where I show you exactly what is happening. Its driving me nuts. I realize after I made the video that the "audio effects" I have on the audio clip originally in premier which disappears after sending to audition is most likely not a problem.

 

You will need to turn on your volume. I made it quick, sorry for the poor audio quality.

I want to have two audio clips going at the same time- one as background music (audio 2), and the other (audio 1) as audio from clips of me talking. When I fade out of audio 2, audio 1 has no sound at all. I've tried adjusting the volume levels for both 2 is at the softer level like I selected, but I cannot hear audio 1 still. Help?

 

I've inserted a screenshot of how my workspace looks. Audio one is still present but making no sound. Audio 2 lowered in volume like I wanted.

I'm trying to put together a basic slideshow of the last year. I have a simple title that says the month that displays at the bottom of the screen. I scale all the images down to 70%. For some reason whenever an image that was significantly larger than the frame size comes up the font style on the my text changes. The same title is extended across several images but when these certain images fade in the font style changes from regular to bold.

 

It's driving me insane!! Please help!!

I am working with multiple cameras and proxies, having imported AVCHD sources from two cameras and mp4 from a third into separate folders.

It works so far fine, but for some reason a few of my clips lost sync on audio. When I check their original, no sync problems exist.

 

Proxies are made with GoPro and they, too, play back just fine and sync''ed when I locate the files on my harddrive.

But the clip in Premiere Pro CC 2018 has the sound descynced. Why? This is the 2nd project where I experience this, and I am not sure how to fix it.

 

Edit: I have cleaned out the media cache as explained in this post but it doesnt seem to help.

 

So, I delete the offending clip, and I try to ingest it again by locating it in the media browser. I make sure to open it in the source monitor to check it for sync problems. It plays back just fine.

So, Ingest! Now the clip works. But not with a proxy, I had to delete that.

Hello everyone.

 

I am running into a problem when importing .mov files into my project. Those files have all been created the same way, however 5 of them won't import correctly: the video is fine but the audio is absent, and I get the error message :

"An unspecified error occurred while performing a conform action on the following file: filename.mov 48000.cfa"

 

After browsing the forums, I tried clearing the Media cache, media caches files and peak files folders, but the problem remains.

It looks like the .cfa file in question wasn't even created in the first place.

 

I never ran into that problem before, even though !i use these kind of files all the time.

 

I tried to see if I found a similar problem on the forums, but I didn't, so I created a new topic. I hope this is not a repeat of another topic.

I'm generally a fan of all the new features and functionality of the new type tool (particularly pinning).

 

However, what concerns me is the remarkable drop in rendering quality compared to the legacy title tool.

 

Firstly, in INTERLACED sequences the rendering is clearly poorer than the legacy tool.

I have both fields displayed.

I have quality set to FULL.

Note the top of the letter 'e' in the bottom text (type tool). This is at 200% zoom.

 

 

Secondly, in PROGRESSIVE sequences, the difference is not as obvious - until you add strokes or drop shadows:

We are having a major issue since the upgrade to pp2018,  random artifacts appear to be being introduced when we apply any colour adjustments...

 

This Is appearing entirely random in the timeline during the edit and previewing,  and then in different places again randomly when rendered out in the final output. 

 

Again render a second time,  and the artifacts are in different places.  

 

Secondary grading appears to introduce more issues,  but even primary grading is introducing issues on occasion.  

 

Turn the colour adjustments in the lumetri panel off... they disappear...  turn back on again, they reappear randomly.

 

This has just started since the upgrade.  (Ps;  urges are now also rubbish,  but thats a separate issue.)

 

We are Mac.   This is happening on multiple 27' inch iMac 17 machines,  on multiple projects.

 

If we grade in resolve,  we don't have an issue.

 

Here are some frame grabs of the problem...  See top right of frames... whilst this appears to be the dominant location,  they can also appear left hand side..  footage is 1080p 25fps

 

If we can't solve this,  We are gonna have to dump premier.

Hello Guys . so thank God in those couple years we can now write arabic in Adobe product . but After the latest updates and the new text tool i still got some problems  and i hope you can help me :

 

1- in the legacy title some letters doesn't connect but when i write it on the text tool it connect .. please find the photo Attached

 

 

 

 

 

 

2- the new text tool Add a space after the word as you can see in photo 1   ...so it can't be aligned right

 

3- is there a magic button i don't know that can the legacy tool options come to the new text tool as aligning and all other text things

Hi ! I have problem with adobe premiere pro cc 18 ,

Fo example - I have file (mov) imported to my MacBookPro that's 1:55 seconds long.

Every time I drag and drop it to premiere pro it's compressing till 10 seconds. The sound from wideo is compressed till 10 seconds and You

can see only first 10 seconds of the video. There is always a statement that trim media limit reached 9:24 . I can't edit the video totally ...

Hello,

 

I am trying to apply light to a face and key it at same time as they are walking, I am looking for illumination without the background of a head being lit as well, in other words lighting of a face that is feathered to fit around face. I have tried to key a spotlight but have not had any luck that way.

 

So if you had to illuminate a face only, is there an option to contort light per frame like Rotoscoping within premiere pro?

Hi I am trying to install Adobe Premier Pro CS6 with licence key and the installer keeps hanging at around 20 percent into the install.  It hangs when it is at the stage of installing the Adobe Help files.  I have tried the installation now several times and have also re downloaded all the files again but it is still the same issue.  Could someone please help me get the issue sorted, thanks so much

 

4K Editing Lag on 1440p monitor but not 1080p?

I just got a 2160x1440 monitor to go with my regular 1920x1080 monitor, and I edit 100mbps 4K footage from my Panasonic G7 without using proxies. On my 1080p monitor, I could drag and drop 4min long video files into the library and start editing no problem and have never had any problems editing at all.

 

However, if I use Premiere on the 1440p monitor, the timeline freezes once I try dragging and dropping a large file but everything else is functional. I have to drag my Premiere window to the 1080 monitor before the timeline will stop freezing and start being functional again. There is a progress bar in the bottom right of the screen that says something about rendering or conforming each clip I drag, and even after the bar completes I would wait an extra 5 min but the timeline will stay unresponsive. Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

Please see my recorded maximum task manager usage during editing:

• CPU: 40% with occasional spikes to 100%
• RAM: 9GB
• SSD Usage: 15%
• HDD Usage: 35%
• GPU usage: 10%

 

Specs:

• Intel Core i7-8700
• 16GB RAM
• Premiere installed on 500GB SSD
• Footage on 2TB 7200RPM HDD
• AMD RX580 8GB
• Windows 10

I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro. So I tried editing a clip with zoom transitions, and every time I try to render the whole clip an error pops up. I tried rendering only the part with the transition, still nothing. None of the tutorials helped me, and I am stuck with this issue for the last two days. Maybe I am missing something here? Someone in here can help me?

I'm not a heavy user of Premier Pro spending most of my time in other graphic apps I find that on my return since the update the buttons are missing.

 

Expecting to make a quick looping sequence I find that looping is missing and so are all the other buttons save five of them. What's happened and where is the loop button?

 

I'm on V12 on a PC Windows 10.

Hi, everyone!

I hope all are going well.

 

I tried to run SDK_CrossDissolve sample project on my MAC.

 

3 frameworks (libraries) which this project requires are installed correctly. (CUDA.framework, Cocoa.framework, OpenCL.framework)

 

I am getting some error messages to build the project.

 

 

Please let me know how can I run the project.
